Send feedback or report a problem with Gemini for Google Workspace

In Gemini for Google Workspace apps, if you get a response that’s inaccurate or that you feel is unsafe, you can give feedback on that response to let us know. Your feedback helps make Gemini for Google Workspace more helpful, accurate, and safe. If you have a general issue, or want to tell us about your experience, you can report a problem.

Give feedback on a response

1. Below a response from Gemini in Google Workspace, select Good suggestion  or Bad suggestion .
2. Optionally, you can: 
   • Select a reason
   • Enter additional feedback
     • Tip: You can help us understand your feedback better when you select a reason. 
3. If you provide additional feedback, select Submit.

Report a legal or safety issue

Important: When you report a legal or safety issue, such as phishing, prompt injection, or offensive content, the associated conversation, including your prompts, context documents, and the Gemini for Google Workspace responses, is added as part of your feedback.

To send a report from the Gemini side panel:

1. Below the response, tap More   Report.
2. Select the reason you wish to report content.
3. Tap Submit.

• On desktop: 
  • Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Vids: At the top in the toolbar, click Help  Help [Workspace app] improve.
  • Chat, Drive, and Gmail: At the top right, click Help   Send feedback to Google  Report an issue.
  • Meet: At the top right, click Report a problem  Report an issue.
• On mobile:
  • Chat, Docs, Drive, Gmail, Meet, Sheets, and Slides: At the top left, tap Menu   Help & feedback  Send Feedback.
