Anyone got advice on how to challenge wrong decision on a price match?

Question

I asked for a price match when I discovered a pixel 8a could be bought for £150 cheaper elsewhere. When this was not accepted I called for support and spoke to someone who accepted my claim, but who said the first person to make the judgement would have to make the adjustments. And now that first person has said they will not match the price because my voucher reduction is not me using a voucher, but rather Google store offering a lower price. Has anyone had success in dealing with something like this? Thanks
