Welcome to Google TV Help Community.
To troubleshoot the issue with your Google TV not displaying one specific image from your Google Photos album, first check the screensaver settings to ensure the correct album is selected. (Navigate to Settings > Device Preferences > Screensaver > Google Photos. > Ensure that the correct album containing all five images is selected.)
If the problem persists,
consider creating a new album (Set this new album as the screensaver source on your Google TV),
clearing the Google Photos cache (Go to Settings > Apps > Google Photos > Select Storage and then choose Clear Cache. This can help resolve any temporary glitches.),
updating your Google TV software (Go to Settings > About > System Update and install any updates if available).
Please keep in mind that these suggestions are based on my experience with similar issues.
