If you are sure that the subscription is billed through Google (the charge at your bank will actually start with "GOOGLE"), that means you are looking in the WRONG Google Account for the subscription.

We can't cancel any subscriptions for you.  You have to do it yourself.

Make 100% sure you're logged into the right account (if you have more than one) and use these instructions:

If you have multiple Google Accounts, you have to check each account individually to be sure.  Also, remember to check any work or family member accounts that you may have put your payment details on before.

If nothing shows up in any of your order histories, it is possible that someone has stolen your credit card information or someone you know is using it without your permission.  Contact your bank, dispute the charges with them (do NOT try and track down each charge), cancel the card, and get a new card issued.  Otherwise, the thief will just keep using your card in other places.
