why is my request for refund is being denied?

good afternoon, 

my account is charged for 1 year of subscription by doulingo. i didn't intend to purchase this subscription. i had requested a refund for this and it was refused. why? 153 dollars is a big money for me i could buy a lot of groceries for my family for this.

pls be considerable and refund my money.

Google does not come here and respond to posts.  There is no way to appeal Google's decision once they deny a refund request and they will not explain exactly why they denied a refund.

If this was an accidental purchase, you should set your device to ALWAYS require your password for every purchase and whenever you sign up for trial subscriptions to avoid things like this in the future:

I am sorry, there is no way to appeal Google's decision once they deny a refund request and they will not explain exactly why they denied a refund.   Posting here or submitting multiple requests will not change Google's answer.
 
Your next step is to contact the maker of that app to see if THEY will process a refund for you.
 
In the future, NEVER put it off or wait for the last minute to cancel a subscription you do not want to continue.  You can cancel at any time.   Cancel as soon as you decide you do not want to renew.  You will get to keep using the service through the period you already paid for.

if you don't work with Google then don't speak for it. i don't need your help. what I'm saying is i did not intend to purchase the app. it was a mistake and don't assume tor tell hat I just don't want it anymore the app should not charge me for one year subscription if I'm not going to use it
