Do you want to request a refund and you don't know how? follow these steps

sometimes, we make purchases within Play Store and we are not satisfied with it, so, we want to ask for a refund:
To request a refund within the Community you have two ways to do it, the first and perhaps the easiest way is to log in with your Google account to this link: Request your Google Play refund.
This form will guide you step by step, first it will ask you if your account is the correct one, check yes, if so, and we will be guided to another window that will show us the purchases for which we can request a refund, we can get an image similar to this one:
As we can see in the image we can only ask for the refund of the purchases that we have made in the account, those that come out to 0, we can not ask for the refund, if it appears in the list we can give to continue and follow the process, if not, we have to follow where the yellow square and give to that it does not appear in the list.
Once we continue, we have to select the reason for which we want to make the refund, a list of reasons appears, we select the one that best suits our situation.
We must continue with the process by answering the questions posed by the form until the end.
Another way to do this for more recent purchases is through the web: https://pay.google.com/gp/w/u/0/home/activity there you select the payment you want to request the refund and you will have a button to indicate it, if it does not allow you to do it from there, you will have to do it from the first method.
