How to create Community Posts

You can post questions, tips, and responses in the Community Posts for designated games on Google Play. When you create content in a game’s Community Posts, it's public and linked to either your Google Account or Google Play Games Profile. You can also delete your previous posts.

Who can create Community Posts

• You can create only within the Community Posts for designated games.
• Enterprise accounts: Users with enterprise accounts, like those for work or school, can’t create a post, reply to a post, or react to a post. Learn how to organize managed Google Play accounts enterprises.
• Supervised accounts: Users with supervised Google Accounts, like children or minors, can’t create a post or reply to a post. Learn how to create a Google Account for your child.

Create or respond to a post

Important: You can only upload a game’s Community Posts that you downloaded. When you download a game, it's linked to your Google Account. If you downloaded the game but don't find the option to post, make sure you're signed in to the right account.

1. On your Android phone or tablet, open the Google Play app .
2. Browse or search for the game you want to post.
3. To open the detail page, find and select the game.
4. Scroll down to the Community section.
   • Create a new post: At the bottom, tap post.
   • Comment on a post:
     1. Find and select the post you want to comment.
     2. At the bottom of the screen, tap Add a comment.
5. To write and publicly contribute your content, follow the on-screen instructions.
   • If you have a Google Play Games Profile, you can toggle between posting under your Google Account or Google Play Games Profile.

Delete a post or comment you created

Important: You can only delete your own post or comments.

• From the contribution in the Community Posts:
  1. On your Android phone or tablet, open the Google Play app .
  2. Browse or search for the game you want to delete a post.
  3. To open the detail page, find and select the game.
  4. Scroll down to the Community section.
  5. Go to the post or comment you want to manage.
  6. Next to your submission, tap More .
  7. To remove your submission, tap Delete.
• From your contributions page:
  1. On your Android phone or tablet, open the Google Play app .
  2. At the top right, tap your Profile icon Manage apps & devices My Contributions.
  3. Go to the post or comment you want to manage.
  4. Next to your submission, tap More .
  5. To remove your submission, tap Delete.
