To help us improve your experience, you may occasionally find requests for feedback directly within the Google Play app. Sharing your thoughts helps us build a better Google Play for everyone and lets us know how we're doing.
Why we ask for feedback
We use your feedback to understand how satisfied you are with your Google Play experience. This helps us improve the Google Play experience, for example by:
- Improving personalized recommendations.
- Making better decisions about new experiences and updates within the Store.
- Understanding the quality and appeal of apps and other content.
What kind of feedback we might ask for
You might find short surveys asking about things like:
- How appealing you find a recommended app, game, or article.
- How satisfied you are with an app you recently installed.
- Your overall satisfaction with different parts of the Google Play experience.
The feedback you provide through these surveys is private and not shown to other users, unlike app ratings and reviews.
Managing your feedback data & preferences
You can remove your feedback responses and opt out of these surveys in Settings General
