Where can I find available Play Pass Offers?If you're a current Play Pass subscriber, you can find your offers in the "Play Pass" tab on Play Store. If you're on a promotional or trial period where your subscription price is $0, offers will only be available after you convert to a paid subscription.
What if I don’t use my offers before the expiry date?
If you don't use a Play Pass offer before the expiry date and time, you'll lose the offer.
What happens to my offers if I cancel my Play Pass subscription?
If you cancel, you can still access and redeem offers until your subscription expires at the end of your billing period. After your subscription expires:
- You can't redeem any Play Pass offers. This includes the offers you previously saved.
- Any Play Pass offers for app subscriptions are no longer valid, and the offer is removed from your subscription.
- Play Pass subscriber discounts will stop.
- The initial app subscription price, or any notified price change in accordance with Play's Terms of Service, applies upon subscription renewal.
- Any Play Pass offer for an app subscription trial is no longer valid, and the trial offer is removed from your subscription.
- The subscription price when you check out for the app subscription trial, and any notified price change in accordance with Play's Terms of Service applies upon subscription renewal.

Are split payments accepted?
Yes. If a special offer provides credit towards a purchase, you can pay the difference with another payment method.
What if my purchase is less than the value of the offer?
Offers can only be used for a single purchase, even if the item that you purchase is valued at less than the maximum offer value. You can use your offer towards any single purchase. If the single purchase doesn’t equal or exceed the offer maximum, any remainder won’t be available for future use.
How do Play Pass Offers differ from the rest of Play Pass?
With the Play Pass catalog, games and apps include no ads or in-app purchases. These games and apps will have a Play Pass badge on them. Special offer titles aren’t part of the Play Pass catalog, so you may still get ads and find in-app items for purchase on these titles, for which you may use a relevant Play Pass offer.
