New Launch! Installment Subscriptions

At I/O, we announced installment subscriptions: a new subscription type for developers on Google Play!
With installment subscriptions, users pay for subscriptions in multiple, monthly installments over a period of time, rather than paying the entire subscription fee upfront.
Developers can now offer installment subscriptions to users in Brazil, France, Italy, and Spain.
