Submitters should check "YES" if any of the following are included: The swastika as used by the Nazi regime, the SS-rune found on uniform badges and insignia from the “Waffen-SS”, the salute “Heil Hitler”, the accompanying “Hitlergruß” (arm gesture), original portraits or busts of Adolf Hitler in a glorifying manner and songs used for Nazi propaganda in WW2 (“Horst-Wessel-Lied”).

Submitters should check "NO" when using the “Iron Cross”, the “Reichskriegsflagge” without swastika or the general display or mentioning of Adolf Hitler or the Nazi regime in a non-glorifying context. The deciding aspect is the lack of any positive connotation.
