To help us review incoming appeals faster and give you decisions quicker, we are setting a 180-day window to appeal account terminations. We’ve seen that nearly all successful appeals are resolved within 6 months.

Starting January 28, 2026 you must submit your appeal within 180 days of the date your account was terminated. After this 180-day window ends we consider the matter closed and the option to appeal will no longer be available. We will continue to send you notifications about your account termination via email.
