The 'Apps innovation corner' highlights a collection of qualifying independent and small startup developers building high-quality and unique apps. The collection would appear on the apps tab on the US homepage and would be refreshed at least quarterly.
Selection criteria
- App developer: Team size 1–30 people, and company is self-funded or has a small outside investment
- Quality: User rating of 4.0 stars or higher
- Freshness: App launched no later than two years before submission date
- Location: Developer based in the United States
