Issue when trying to change watch face on pixel watch app

Hello,

I'm writing to report an issue I'm experiencing with my Pixel Watch 3 (45mm) and Pixel 9 Pro XL.

When I attempt to change the watch face through the mobile app, the app becomes unresponsive, preventing me from making any changes. However, changing the watch face directly on the watch itself works without any issues.

I have already tried troubleshooting by factory resetting the watch, un-syncing and re-syncing it, and uninstalling and reinstalling the watch app on my phone. Unfortunately, none of these steps have resolved the problem.

Could you please advise on how to resolve this issue?

The best plan would be to contact pixel watch support then: 
 
 
Keep going in the troubleshooting process until you reach the option to call or chat.

Please place the watch on the charger and update the Google Pixel Watch Faces from the Play Store on the watch by pressing the crown, > Tap Play Store > Google Play and then Manage apps and then Update all.

Unfortunately not, I can edit my face watch directly on watch, not on my mobile, when trying to do an edit on my mobile, it just return to home
