Bad experience with new pixel watch and worse google support
The watch has been nothing but nightmare. It worked fine for the first few days and then it started with random restarts, battery issues from 100 to 0 in could of hours.
I am not able to track my daily activity because of these issues and it has resulted in my health insurance hike because my health insurance expects me to upload activity stats daily in order to keep my premium down.
I have been constantly asking google support to arrange the return but they are refusing to take it and offering me a refurbished replacement.
What kind of silly policy is this? If you are offering refurbished replacement then also refund me some amount and charge for a refurbished product or either just take this watch back and refund my money.
Will never purchase anything from google again. Stay away from google store.
