How to fix issues with LTE activation on your Google Pixel Watch

If your old device had an inactive eSIM profile which was never deleted, you may experience problems with your current LTE activation. To fix this:

  1. Fully charge and power on your Google Pixel Watch.
  2. On Google Pixel Watch, swipe down then tap Settings .
  3. Tap Connectivity and then Mobile and then SIM status.
  4. If there is an existing eSIM profile, reset eSIM:
    1. Go to Settings and then Connectivity and then Mobile.
    2. Go to Advanced and then Reset eSIM.
Tip: Some carriers may require that you call to reactivate the eSIM.
  5. If you have recently setup a device with LTE and can’t connect to the network, try to restart your device:
    1. Press and hold the crown.
    2. Select Restart.
    3. Check if your device will connect to the LTE network.

If you have enabled a cellular plan on your Pixel Watch LTE, you may not be able to connect to the cellular network. This happens when your Watch is not paired with your phone. To fix this, restart your Pixel Watch:

  1. On Google Pixel Watch, swipe down then tap Settings .
  2. Tap System and then Restart.
