Replace lost or damaged Google Pixel Buds

If you lose or damage a component of your Pixel Buds, you can buy individual replacements for the earbuds, charging case, or ear tips. Accidental damage, such as water or physical damage, is not covered under warranty.

Step 1: Identify your replacement parts

Step 2: Purchase through the Google Store

Ensure the correct part and color by checking your Pixel Buds specifications.

  1. Go to the Google Store.
  2. Tap Search Search.
  3. Type in: Pixel Buds replacement, then press Enter to search.
  4. Select the part you need to purchase.

Step 3: Set up your replacement

Once your new part arrives, you must sync it with your existing set.
