Fix payment info issues in Chrome

If you have issues with your payment info in Chrome, you can update, edit or delete saved information.

Add, edit, or delete payment info you saved in Chrome

Important: If you’re signed in to Chrome, changes you make to a payment method appear on your other devices. This applies as long as you're signed in to Chrome with the same Google Account.

  1. On your iPhone or iPad, open Chrome Chrome.
  2. Tap More More and then Settings Settings.
  3. Tap Payment methods.
  4. Add, edit, or delete info:
    • Add:
      1. At the bottom, tap Add.
      2.  When you've entered your info, at the bottom, tap Done.
    • Edit:
      1. Tap the entry.
      2. At the top right, tap Edit.
      3. When you've changed your info, at the top right, tap Done.
    • Delete:
      1. At the bottom right, tap Edit.
      2. Select the entry.
      3. Tap Delete and then Done.

Tip: If your payment method is saved in Google Wallet, you'll need to edit or delete it in Google Wallet.

Stop Chrome from saving your payment info

You can choose not to save your payment info on your device and not to offer to save your info.

  1. On your iPhone or iPad, open Chrome Chrome.
  2. Tap More More and then Settings Settings and then Payment methods.
  3. Turn off Save and fill payment methods.
Chrome doesn't suggest your saved payment methods
If Chrome doesn’t offer your saved payment method, tap the card Payment methods to find possible payment methods.
