Common questions

What if I don’t have any transactions on the Google Wallet website?

If you don’t have any transactions, you might not have any available transactions with Google Pay. These are some of the transactions that you can get on the Google Wallet website:

  • Contactless payments
  • Payments made with your Android device
  • Transactions from Plaid linked accounts (US only)

We work hard to keep your transactions safe, so certain transactions might only be available on the Google Wallet website for a short period of time.

Tip: For international transfers, you won’t find transactions made with the third-party money transfer provider directly, only what was submitted on the Google Wallet website.

How do I get help with a transaction?

If you find a transaction that you don’t recognize, check your bank statement. If there’s still an issue, contact your card issuer.

To return an item or get a refund:

  • When you use Google Pay to buy something from a non-Google website or app, contact the merchant's customer support team. Refunds are deposited to the purchased payment method.
  • To return a Google-related purchase, find your products Help Center to directly contact Google Help.
