Find or withdraw your Google Pay balance (US only)

On June 22, 2026, the virtual Google Pay Balance Card will be removed as a payment method. Rest assured, the money in your Google Pay balance remains accessible, and you can transfer money out to a linked bank account at any time. Any other cards you have in Google Wallet will not be affected by this update.

What happens to the money in my Google Pay balance?

This update only impacts the card payment feature. You can still find and manage your actual Google Pay balance. Any funds currently stored in your balance remain fully available for withdrawal. You can continue to find, hold, and manage your balance through your Google Wallet at any time.

How do I withdraw my money?

If you have a balance, you can transfer your Google Pay balance to a linked bank account or debit card. There is currently no deadline or time limit to withdraw your remaining funds. To transfer your money out, open the Google Wallet app, tap your balance profile button, and select Transfer out.

Where can I find my current balance and statements?

You can find your real-time available balance total inside the Google Wallet app. To check your complete transaction history or download past monthly record data, log into your profile on the web. 

How do I dispute a payment?
