GoogleOne Payment

My credit card was charged with GoogleOne subscription, but my mail doesn't update and is asking to update my payment method.

Thank you for the clarification, Paul. It's possible that your current plan is no longer offered and/or you may need to set up a new payment profile and resubscribe with a new plan.

Thanks for your inquiry. Unfortunately, the problem isn't quite clear. Please provide more detailed information. Screenshot may be helpful.

💡 TIPS:
  • Use the icon at the bottom left corner of the reply box to attach images to your reply message in this thread. Include at least 10 words of text with your screenshot.

Thanks for the reply.

I have a GoogleOne subscription for my storage capacity, I paid monthly the subscription. The auto-renewal did charged my credit card to keep my subscription up, the bank has the charged recorded, but for some reason it hasn't proceed in the last couple of day and now the subscription has ended and I get a warning on my mail that the subscription has ended and I need to buy additional storage.

When I try to pay again the billing page tells me I up to date with my payments. So I don't know what to do.
