Hi there,
Please complete each of these tasks to address any technical issues and confirm you meet all the eligibility requirements:
- Confirm that you're currently located in a country where the service is available.
- If you're not in a supported country then you do not need to do any further troubleshooting because it's not available to you.
- Confirm you're trying to sign-up with a personal Gmail account.
- Ensure the birthdate in your Google account meets the age requirements.
- Ensure you're not a member of a family group.
- Visit this link or this link, and check the family group.
- If you're a member of the family group, you must leave your family group so that you can start a subscription.
- Visit this link or this link, and check the family group.
- Ensure Google has associated the correct country to your account.
- Ensure the addresses in Google Play are correct.
- Ensure the addresses in your Google Account are correct.
- Disable all networking modifiers. (this means any VPN / DNS Proxy / Secure Enterprise Networks)
- Use Incognito mode. (instructions: Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari)
- Use a different (and supported) app/browser. (preferably one that's rarely or never used)
- Use a different computer/device. (preferably one that's rarely or never used)
- Clear Google Play services and Play Store cache and cookies. (instructions)
- Clear the browser cache and cookies. (instructions: Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari)
- Reset the browser to its default settings. (instructions: Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari)
- Go to payments.google.com/settings
- Delete obsolete payment profiles
- Make sure you've enabled the correct payment profile
If all of the above fails to fix the problem, then I recommend that you contact the Google Play support team.
