Storage has not updated after purchase

Hi there

My google storage has 114GB free storage and when I go to any app I get "no available storage" pop ups. I have recently upgrade google storage from 100GB to 200GB.

Could anyone help how to fix this?

Hi there,

Can you tell us:

What country are you in?
What is the currency of your country?

Using the same email address that you're having the problem with can you provide screenshots from each of the following links:

Google Payments Centre Activity: shows your account's payment history.
Google Account Subscriptions: shows your account's subscriptions.
Google One Storage: shows the amount of storage being used.

💡 TIPS:

When replying, use the 🏞️ icon in the bottom left corner of the reply box to attach images to your reply message in this thread.
Allow at least 5 seconds for images to upload before typing or posting the reply message.
