My apologies for that, i wanted to see if the forum os effective. My issue is that google, after 25 years of service, launched a validation exercise on my identity simply because i changed the naming on one of my payment card, they requested several proof documents which i provided and till date no response from them on this validation exercise and mean time they froze my 100G renewal and in parallel all my back up and sync froze too and will soon freeze my 25 years account! I am not able to reach anyone and the google support email who launched this validation doesn't reply anymore! I don't know what to do anymore?
