Also copy & paste the text and provide screenshots of any errors or alert messages you might see.
Note: Those trying to help you are all volunteers, we don't have access to your Google account, data, or device. The only information we can see is precisely what you provide in this thread. Without all of the relevant information, we will not be able to provide any help at all.
