Can't access Google One subscriptions after moving countries

I moved from Brazil to Canada 10 months ago. At the time, I had a few issues changing my country region on Google Play, so I could access local apps, but with the help of chat support I had that fixed. Now, my Google One subscription is due, but it was using a Brazilian payment option, which was refused. When logging into my Google One app, I realized all the statistics were simply error strings, so I got in touch with support which was very helpful and told me I should make a Canadian payment method my main one, and so I did. Even after that, the errors persisted and the subscription couldn't be renewed. At this point, support told me to cancel the subscription and try to subscribe again, now with the Canadian payment profile, but even after I did this, the subscription plans simply do not show up. To make things worse, I couldn't continue the chat, but they set it in an idle state that would last 24h, but the chat support is part of the Google One subscription, which I cancelled, so I can't get it anymore... I'm at a loss, I'll stop receiving emails in one month and I simply can't have that happen

Hi there,

Thanks for your inquiry.

Please confirm with your bank that your card is authorized for online/international transactions, including purchases from Google. Delays may be due to your bank's or government's regulations and requirements.

Important:
  • Your country, method of payment, and currency must all match.
  • You can’t change a legal country or region associated with your current payments profile. If you moved, are traveling, or have temporary residence in another country, you must create a new payments profile. Learn more about payments profile.
  • Google only allows users to change their country once in 12 months. If you change your country, you must complete this form: policies.google.com/country-association-form.
  • If you create a new payments profile, it won't affect payments for your current services. To pay for any new products or services you purchase in your new country, you must use your new payments profile.
  • Your current subscriptions will remain active on your old payment profile unless the subscription is canceled.
  • To use a subscription in your new country, with your new payment profile, cancel your current subscription and subscribe to services or content

Kind regards,
Jo
