⚠️ ATTENTION ⚠️
- Google One storage plan purchases are non-refundable, and your storage remains available for the duration of your subscription, even if you cancel.
- Cancellations take effect at the end of the billing period, unless stated otherwise in the payment platform terms.
- Cancellations are final, though you may re-subscribe at any time.
- Downgrades take effect in the next billing period, unless stated otherwise in the payment platform terms.
- Upgrades take effect immediately, unless stated otherwise in the payment platform terms.
- Upgrades are not prorated, and no refunds are given for any unused portion of a previously paid subscription.
- Switching from an Annual to Monthly subscription results in an immediate fee for the first month, followed by prorated credit of the remaining Annual subscription (less 1 month), which is then followed by the regular Monthly subscription fee. Requesting a refund of the initial monthly fee will result in immediate termination of the Google One subscription.
