You can troubleshoot payment issues with your Google One plan caused due to regional restrictions, banking issues specific to your country, or issues with storage space.
Can you please check that the country of the Payment method is from the same Country/Region as displayed in the Settings?
Make sure your payment method is supported
- Credit card
- Bank account (US only)
- PayPal
- Google Play balance (Selected countries/regions only)
- Check the list of countries that supports Play balance as a payment method for subscriptions.
You can delete your previous payment profile and create a new one. Please follow the steps mentioned in this response to create a new payments profile - https://googlesupport.serverhump.com/googleone/thread/314884718?hl=en&msgid=314966037
Buying Google storage is only available in some countries. You can find more information here - Find countries where you can buy storage.
Also, please confirm with your bank that your card is authorized for online/international transactions, including purchases from Google. Delays may be due to your bank's or government's regulations and requirements.
