Change your card & fix payment issues

If you have issues with Google One payments, try these solutions. You can also update your Google One payment methods.

Change the card you use

You can edit the credit card you use for your Google One membership. If you want to change how much you pay, change your storage plan.

If you signed up via the Play Store

  1. On your Android phone or tablet, open the Google One app Google One.
  2. At the top, tap Menu and then Settings.
  3. Tap Change payment method.
  4. Tap Google One and then Update.
  5. Select an option.
  6. Follow the steps on the screen.

If you sign up through the App Store

If you sign up for Google One through the App Store on an iPhone or iPad and later switch to an Android device: You can't adjust your membership or change your payment method in the app. To update your account and other info, use the App Store on another device.
