Effective July 27, 2026, the price of Google One plans purchased from Google will increase in select countries and regions. New members of Google One can subscribe at the updated price in the countries or regions listed below:
- Algeria
- Egypt
- Nigeria
- Pakistan
- Turkey
When current Google One members renew their subscriptions, the new price will take effect on the following dates:
- Google Play subscriptions and Apple App Store annual subscriptions: You will be charged the new price if you renew on or after August 26, 2026. If you don't want to renew at this new price, you can cancel your membership on or before August 25, 2026.
- Apple App Store monthly subscriptions: The new price takes effect on or after August 23, 2026. If you don't want to renew at this new price, you can cancel your membership on or before August 22, 2026.
Price increases vary by plan and country or region currency. You can check your current plan and price from Google One.
Important: If you are over your storage limit when you cancel your membership, these services may be interrupted:
- Google Drive
- Gmail
- Google Photos

As a current Google One member, the new price will apply to your plan renewal as follows:
- Google Play: On or after August 26, 2026.
- Apple App Store:
- For monthly subscriptions: On or after August 23, 2026.
- For annual subscriptions: On or after August 26, 2026.
If you don't want to renew at the new price, you can cancel your membership on or before August 25, 2026.

When you cancel your membership, your Google One storage and benefits don’t immediately end. You retain your paid Google One benefits until the end of the billing cycle.
Tip: If you’re on a monthly subscription through the Apple App Store, and you don’t wish to renew your subscription at the new price, you can cancel your membership on or before August 22, 2026.
