Each product has its own AI usage limits. Your usage limits depend on which features you are using and your Google AI plan. If you reach your plan’s limit, Google AI Pro and Google AI Ultra members can purchase AI credits to get extra usage in Google Flow and Google Antigravity.

Get a Google AI Ultra membership
Important: You must sign in with your Google Account.
- On your computer, go to Google One.
- To select the Google AI Ultra membership, follow the on-screen instructions.
- Review the new membership pricing and payment date.
- Click Continue.
- To confirm your Google AI Ultra membership, select your payment method.
- Click Subscribe.
Switch to a Google AI Ultra membership
- On your computer, go to Google One.
- To select the Google AI Ultra membership, follow the on-screen instructions.
- Review the new membership pricing and payment date.
- Click Continue.
- To confirm your Google AI Ultra membership, select your payment method.
- Click Subscribe.
Change your plan
To switch to a different Google One plan:
- On your computer, go to Google One.
- Click Settings
Change membership plan.
- Choose your new plan.
- To upgrade: Select a plan under "Upgrade options."
- To downgrade: Select a plan under "Downgrade options."
- If there’s no downgrade option, you're on the lowest plan.
Change membership plan.- To confirm the new plan price and details, click Next.
- Select your payment method.
- Click Subscribe.
Cancel your plan
You can cancel your plan in Google One settings.
- Go to gemini.google.com.
- At the bottom, click Settings
- This opens Google One settings, where you can cancel your plan.
- Click Cancel membership
When your plan ends, you no longer have access to:
- Gemini in AI Ultra. You won’t be able to:
- Start new chats with Gemini in AI Ultra
- Continue chats created with Gemini in AI Ultra
- Use features that are only available with Gemini in AI Ultra
- These benefits from Google One:
- Expanded storage across Drive, Gmail, and Photos
- Exclusive member benefits
- Gemini in Gmail, Docs, and more
Troubleshoot issues with Google AI Ultra
When you have a Google One membership through Google Fi Unlimited benefit- If you purchased your membership through the Apple Store:
- You need to cancel your current Google One membership.
- After cancellation, you can sign up for a Google AI Ultra membership.
- The purchase of Google AI Ultra membership through third-party integrated billing providers isn't available yet.
