Who is Editing the "Science" postings?

The title reads "Could the Milky Way have 9 planets after all?" The link takes you to ABC News and the story is about the solar system, not the galaxy. If your editor does not know or see the difference, they should not be working in this area.

Google News does not edit stories nor titles. They just link to what publishers are publishing through an automated crawling and indexing program. 
My guess, partially confirmed by the URL for that story, is that ABC News messed up the title and then later fixed it. You saw it on Google News before Google re-crawled it and updated the title that ABC News changed.
