You can check how many personal devices are connected to your Wi-Fi network in the Google Home app or the Google Wifi app.
Check connected devices and data usage
With the Google Home app
The Google Home app shows how much data your devices upload and download. It displays devices that used the network within the last 30 days, including ones not currently connected.
- Open the Google Home app

- Tap Home

- At the top, tap Devices.
- The numbers next to "Devices" represent your total Internet (WAN) traffic to and from your network.
- Under each device, you can view how much data each device has downloaded and uploaded.
With the Google Wifi app
The Google Wifi app shows how much data your devices currently upload and download and up to 30 days historically as well as device details.
- Open the Google Wifi app

- Tap Network
Devices.
- The numbers next to "Devices" represent your total Internet (WAN) traffic to and from your network.
- Under each device, you can view how much data each device has downloaded and uploaded.
Note: The app displays details for all devices connected via Wi-Fi or connected directly to your Wifi router or point with an Ethernet cable.
- Tap a specific device and a tab to find additional details.
- Usage: How much data the device has used over the selected time frame.
- Details: Device details like connection status, IP address, and MAC address.
Review network data usage
You can review the total amount of data that has gone through your network over different time frames with Nest Wifi and Google Wifi. Options include: real-time, today, 7 days, and 30 days.
With the Google Home app
- Open the Google Home app

- Tap Home
Wifi

- Tap Devices.
- Real-time usage: How much data your network is currently uploading and downloading.
- Usage: How much data the network has uploaded and downloaded over the selected time frame.
With the Google Wifi app
- Open the Google Wifi app
.
- Tap Network
Internet.
- On the “Usage” tab, near the top, tap the time frame and select the desired period. The default is “Real-time.”
