You can connect Bluetooth accessories, like mice, keyboards, styluses, headphones, and speakers, wirelessly to your Googlebook. After you pair a Bluetooth device for the first time, your devices can reconnect automatically.
Turn Bluetooth on or off
From the Settings app- Open your Googlebook’s Settings app

- Select Connected devices

- Turn Use Bluetooth on or off.
- Open Quick Settings.
- Select Bluetooth.
- You can either select Bluetooth or turn Use Bluetooth on or off.
Step 1: Pair a Bluetooth accessory
Important:
- Your devices stay paired until you unpair them.
- When you pair a device with Bluetooth, it appears in your Googlebook's Bluetooth settings and Quick Settings.
You can connect your Googlebook to accessories that support Bluetooth, such as:
- Keyboards
- Mice
- Speakers
- Headphones
- Headsets
Before you pair a device to your Googlebook, check that Bluetooth is on, discoverable, and in pairing mode. Consult your device’s instructions or support for Bluetooth setup.
- Open your Googlebook’s Settings app

- Select Connected devices

- Select + Pair new device.
- The device that you want to connect to your Googlebook needs to be in pairing mode.
Important: Make sure that:
- Your Bluetooth accessory works with Fast Pair. You can find this on their boxes. Many accessories may also indicate "Made by Google" or "Made for Google."
- Your Googlebook has Bluetooth and Location turned on.
- Turn on your Fast Pair accessory.
- Make sure your accessory is near your Googlebook.
- Put your accessory in pairing mode.
- On the notification, select Connect.
- When your device connects, you get a "Device connected" or "Pairing complete" notification.
If you don’t get a notification:
- Open your Googlebook’s Settings app
.
- Select Connected devices.
- Under “Nearby devices,” select the device you want to pair.
Step 2: Connect
- Open your Googlebook’s Settings app
.
- Select Connected devices

- In the list of paired devices, select a paired but unconnected device.
- When your devices are connected, the device shows as "Connected."
Configure, unpair, or rename a Bluetooth accessory
Unpair, rename, or pick actions for a Bluetooth accessory- Open your Googlebook’s Settings app

- Select Connected devices

- Open your Bluetooth accessory's settings:
- If you find your accessory under "Saved devices:" Next to your device's name, select Settings.
- If no accessories are listed under "Saved devices:"
- Select See all.
- Next to your accessory's name, select Settings.
- Make your change:
- To change the accessory's name: At the top, select Edit.
- To disconnect: Select Disconnect.
- To remove the device from your device completely: Select Forget.
- On some devices, you can turn other settings on or off.
- Open your Googlebook’s Settings app

- Select Connected devices

- Select Device name.
- Enter a new name.
- Select Rename.
