Disapproved ads - Compromised site, no help from Google support

I have disapproved ads in my account for Compromised site error. I have tried talking to google ads support, but with minimum luck, after 5 days of trying to get them to respond i got 3 messages in 3 days from them basically telling me the site has a malicious content and the ads wont be enabled, and the crucial thing, they cant disclose what the error is.

That would all be fine if i'm not working at a cyber security company and had my guys run all the tests on the page and found nothing, even google's own https://transparencyreport.google.com/ says that the site is OK, no unsafe content is found.

Tried to get them to answer, demanded a call, nothing .. for 5 days.

Back in the day, you would get support in minutes, and get things resolved under one hour, now it's normal to wait and loose money for days and days ...

You need to contact Google Ads support and ask them for details of the problem - get them to email you a list of the malicious files/links, and an example URL of where they found them. The second part is crucial, so keep asking for it - they do have it.

Once you have fixed the problem, or can prove it isn't there, let Google Ads support know and they will test it again.

The process can be quite long-winded but you will get a result in the end.

I asked two times, answer is the same:

"Upon thoroughly re-reviewing your website in collaboration with our wider team, I’d like to inform you that our systems have detected the site as a malicious entity. As a result, we’re unable to re-enable the associated campaign at this time.
Due to security protocols, we’re unable to share specific URLs or elements flagged during the review. We recommend carefully reassess the website’s content and structure, and implementing any necessary security improvements."

You need to be very firm with them.

Say that Google obviously knows what it has found, and the only way you can fix or respond to this problem is if Google shares that information.

However, it has been a few months since I dealt with one of these, and the "Due to security protocols, we’re unable to share specific URLs or elements flagged during the review. " language is new to me. If Google has stopped providing that, then this is a new low, considering the majority of such disapprovals are false negatives - sometimes .css files or images that cannot be a problem.

Please share your URL, I will take a look. I have a feel for the types of things that can wrongly trigger this.

Also, make sure there is no firewall or anything that might block Google's bots - Google can visit from anywhere in the world
