📍 3 Tips to Provide Help to Google Ads Community
Hi everyone,
Google Ads Community has been growing over time, with more new members joining our amazing Product Experts team. We’re thankful to have such a great community!
If you’re new to our Google Ads Community and are interested in becoming a Product Expert, here are the 3 tips on how to help our community members.
Tip #1: Keep it positive
- Always assume good intention, post in a way that is caring & kind and avoid arguments.
- Quoting one of our Product Experts: “you always lose a public argument: if you lose it - you lose it, if you win it - you win an enemy, which means you lose it”.
Tip #2: Customize answers to help seeker's need
- Avoid content overload (ask additional questions when the question isn't clear, give clear and straightforward answers).
- Personalize your message for the specific question (don’t copy/paste other members’ responses & Help Center article without customizing them).
Tip #3: Quality over quantity
- Don't repeat what other community members already said in the same thread and only add your response if it gives additional value to the help seeker.
- The points are important, but Google Ads Product Experts are chosen based on overall actual contributions in helping our community members.
