Linking Ads Data Hub and Google Ads allows you to utilize detailed event-level data about your Google ad campaigns which can help you improve advertising efficiency. Using the privacy-centric data provided by Ads Data Hub can also help you to gain insights into your audiences while protecting your customers’ privacy, and can also be used for audience activation.

Before you begin
To link Google Ads and Ads Data Hub, you’ll need administrative access to a Google Ads account. If you don’t have administrative access please reach out to the account owner.
Link Ads Data Hub to your Google Ads account
- In your Google Ads account, click the Tools icon
.
- Click Data manager.
- Under the “Connected products” tab, click Connect Product.
- Choose Ads Data Hub, then click Continue.
- Click Link, and add your Ads Data Hub ID.
- Click Send.
Approve a link request in Ads Data Hub
- Navigate to the Settings tab in Ads Data Hub.
- Under Data links, click the relevant buying door. You should see a notification icon indicating a new pending request.
- Click Pending.
- Click View request next to the linking request.
- Choose from Close (close the window), Decline, or Link accounts.
Unlink Ads Data Hub from your Google Ads account
- In your Google Ads account, click the Tools icon
.
- Click Data manager.
- Under the “Connected products” tab, find Ads Data Hub.
- Click Manage & link.
- Find the Ads Data Hub account that you want to unlink, and click Unlink in the “Actions” column.
- Click Unlink in the confirmation prompt to confirm the action.
