Important considerations:
- Log in directly to the child account: If you're trying to change user access for a specific Google Ads account managed by your MCC, it's often best to log in directly to that child account to make the changes, especially if the MCC doesn't have ownership.
- MCC ownership: If you need to manage permissions from the MCC, ensure that your MCC account is set as the owner of the child account. An existing admin of the child account may need to grant this ownership.
- Your own access level: You can only grant access levels up to your own. To grant 'Admin' access, you must be an 'Admin' yourself. If you have insufficient permissions, contact an existing admin to make the change or upgrade your access level.
- Single admin with 'NO' ownership in MCC: If a child account has only one admin and their ownership is set to 'NO' within the MCC context, you might encounter issues removing that user directly from the MCC.
