How to save and manage creator lists in Creator Partnerships

To help you organize your YouTube creator discovery process, you can save creators in an existing or new custom list in the “Creator search tab” and manage your lists in the “Management tab” in Creator Partnerships. This allows you to manage your top and saved creators in one place and send offers in bulk, which can help streamline your campaign planning.

Eligibility requirements

The “Creator search” and “Management tab” tabs are currently available in select markets and can be accessed if you meet the following requirements:

Large Customer Sales (LCS) or Google Customer Solutions (GCS) assigned
With over $1,000 USD in Demand Gen or YouTube spend in the previous year
Verified advertiser
Not in a prohibited or restricted category

How to save creators to a list

Go to Creator partnerships within the Tools menu and select the Creators search tab.
There are several ways on how to save a list of creators based on general interest and partnerships:
- Save creators in card view:
  1. Select the card view icon in the upper right corner of the page.
  2. Find your creators and select the bookmark icon from their cards.
- Save creators in table view:
  1. Select the table view icon in the upper right corner of the page.
  2. Find your creators and select the bookmark icon in their respective rows.
- Save creators in their creator profiles:
  1. In the “card view” or “table view”, select a YouTube creator profile.
  2. In the “Creator profile” page, select the bookmark icon.
In the “Save to creator list” page, choose or search from the existing list and then check the box next to it.
- Note: If you want to create a new creator list, select +Create new list in the upper right corner of the slide page, then enter a list name and description.
Select Save.

Note: If you close the “Save to creator list” page, your edits won’t be saved. To keep your progress and proceed, select Save changes.

How to unsave and remove creators from a list

In the Creators search tab, find your creators and unselect the bookmark icon.
In the “Save to creator list” page, uncheck the box next to the list that you want the creator to be removed from.
Select Save.

Note: You can also remove creators from a list in the “Management” page. Follow the steps in the Remove creators from a list section.

How to manage your creator lists

Manage all lists

Go to Creator partnerships within the Tools menu and select the Management tab.
Under the “Manage creator lists” section, the table displays 3 lists by default. You can adjust the table rows to view additional lists.
To search for a specific list or creator name, select the Search button and enter the name of the list or creator in the search bar.
If you want to add or create a new list, select the plus icon . In the slider page that appears, enter a name and description, then select Apply.

Note: You can also access the “Manage creator lists” section from the “Creators search” page. Select Manage creator lists in the upper right corner of the page.

Manage one list

After you find your creator list from the “Manage creator lists” table, select See details.
If your list has no creator, in the slider page that opens, you can select either of the following:
- Edit list name: When selected, the “Rename list” slider page will appear. Enter a new list name and description, then select Apply.
- Search creators: When selected, you’ll be directed to the “Creator search” page.

Rename or remove a creator list

After you find your creator list from the “Manage creator lists” table, select the three-dot icon . In the dialogue box that opens, select either of the following:
- Remove list: When selected, a confirmation message will appear. Select Remove to continue.
  - Note: Removed lists can’t be recovered.
- Rename list: When selected, the “Rename list” slider page will appear. Enter a new list name and description, then select Apply.

Remove creators from a list

After you find your creator list from the “Manage creator lists” table, select See details.
Select the table view icon in the upper right corner of the page to find a list of creators.
Find your creator and unselect the bookmark icon .
To bulk remove creators, check the box next to all creators that you want to remove.
Select Remove in the action bar on top of the table.
Select Confirm to proceed.
