Why this issue is happening
There is a mismatch between the condition of the vehicle shown on your ad and the condition on the vehicle description page for one or more of your offers. Because of this, your account has been warned or suspended.
You should have received an email asking you to update your product data by a certain date so that the values in your data are consistent with those on your vehicle description page.
How to fix your issue
To resolve this issue, you must ensure the condition of the vehicle displayed on the ad matches the condition of the vehicle on your vehicle details page (VDP). Learn more about Required attributes for vehicle ads.
Ensure that [condition]
in your product data match those on your vehicle description pages
Investigate your update process to see what could be causing the problem:
- Check the warning email for examples of products that are affected.
- Look for a common problem in your product data that could cause these mismatched prices.
- Make sure you update your vehicle description page and product data (and microdata if applicable) at the same time.
- Schedule an upload or use the Content API to immediately update your product data. This scheduling helps make sure Google has the same data as is on your vehicle description page.
- After you address the problem, update the condition
[condition]
attribute in your product data to match your vehicle description page.
Add a value for the required attribute
- Filter the downloaded report so that you only see products with:
"Issue title" = Vehicle condition mismatch - Search your product data for those products, and change the condition to match the product condition listed on your vehicle description page.
Resubmit your product data
After you’ve updated your product data, resubmit it using one of these methods:
