Why this issue is happening
For one or more of your products, there is a mismatch between the [mileage] attribute value provided in your product data feed and the corresponding values on your vehicle description page. If these mismatches are not corrected, your account may be suspended.
Your account has been warned/suspended because we found that the difference between the mileage in your product data and vehicle description pages for few or more offers is more than 3%.
You should have received an email asking you to update your product data by a certain date so that the difference in the mileage is not more than 3%.
How to fix your issue
To resolve this issue, you must ensure the mileage of the vehicle displayed on the ad is within the acceptable range (3%) of the mileage of the vehicle on your VDP vehicle description page. Learn more about Required attributes for vehicle ads.
Ensure that the [mileage] attribute in your product data match the value on your vehicle description pages
Investigate your update process to see what could be causing the problem:
- Check the warning email for examples of products that are affected.
- Look for a common problem in your product data that could cause these mismatched prices.
- Make sure you update your vehicle description page and product data (and microdata if applicable) at the same time.
- Schedule an upload or use the Content API to immediately update your product data. This scheduling helps make sure Google has the same data as is on your vehicle description page.
- After you address the problem, update the mileage
[mileage]attribute in your product data to match your vehicle description page.
Add a value for the required attribute
- Filter the downloaded report so that you only see products with:
"Issue title" = Vehicle mileage mismatch - Search your product data for those products, and change the mileage to match the product mileage listed on your vehicle description page.
Resubmit your product data
After you’ve updated your product data, resubmit it using one of these methods:
