If your stores are disapproved due to an unclaimed business profile, it means that while our system can find your store's address, the associated Google Business Profile hasn't been officially claimed by the owner. This article explains how to fix this by claiming your profile and then updating your store information.

Why this issue is happening
The "Unclaimed business profile" error occurs when our system finds a matching geographical feature for your store, but it doesn’t have a Google Business listing ID associated with it. This means that while we can locate the address, the corresponding business profile has not been claimed by the business owner.
How to fix your issue
To resolve the "Unclaimed business profile" error, you need to make sure the Google business listing associated with this store has been claimed by the business owner. Claiming your business profile ensures that your store is officially recognized and linked correctly in our system.
