You need to have the following set up to view the report:
- Set up App campaign for installs
- Set up a web campaign (Search, Performance Max, Shopping, Display)
- Set up Web to App Connect

You can view the report by following the steps below:
- In your Google Ads account, click the Campaigns icon

- Click Insights & reports.
- Click Report editor.
- Scroll down to the “Performance summary” section under “Template gallery”.
- Click on the Full value of web and app - Awareness card to view the report.
