How to fix: Mileage too high for new vehicle

Set the condition [condition] attribute for the automobile offer to “used”

Why this issue is happening

For one or more of your vehicle offers, you’ve included an automobile with the condition [condition] attribute set to “new” and the mileage [mileage] attribute set to 200 units (km or miles) or greater.


How to fix your issue

To resolve this issue:

  1. Verify that the vehicle is accurately a "new" vehicle. If it is a "used" vehicle, then change the value of the condition [condition] attribute to “used”.
  2. Alternatively, remove this offer from your product data.

Fix multiple products at once

  1. Go to Products in Merchant Center, then select the Needs attention tab.
  2. Use the filter icon above the table to find all products affected by your issue.
  3. Select the download icon to download a list (.csv) of all affected products for all issues or this particular issue.
  4. Cross reference the downloaded list with your uploaded product data and make sure to remove the offer or change the value for the condition [condition] sub-attribute to “used”.
  5. Reupload your corrected product data to Merchant Center using your chosen upload method.

Resubmit your product data
