An ad campaign whose start date is in the future and hasn't started serving ads yet.
You can choose a specific start date for any campaign you create. When a start date is set, keep the following in mind:
- The campaign is assigned the "Pending" status until the start date.
- The campaign's ads are able to start serving at 12:00 AM on the specified date.
- You can change a campaign's start date at any time before it's reached.
