Why this issue is happening
One or more of your products is missing a value for the vehicle MSRP [vehicle_msrp] attribute. While the attribute is optional for used cars, it’s required for new cars. The formatting for the vehicle MSRP [vehicle_msrp] attribute is the same as the price [price] attribute.
How to fix your issue
To fix this issue, check the product data for the affected product(s) and ensure that the missing attribute has been provided for all new cars.
Fix multiple products at once
- Navigate to Products in Merchant Center, then select the Needs attention tab.
- Use the filter icon
above the table to find all products affected by your issue.
- Select the download icon
to download a list (.csv) of all affected products for all issues or this particular issue.
- Cross reference the downloaded list with your uploaded product data, and ensure that the missing attribute has been provided for all new cars.
- Reupload your corrected product data to Merchant Center using your chosen upload method.
Resubmit your product data
