After your free trial has expired, your account will automatically be downgraded to Starter edition. As an admin, you can also manually downgrade your trial account to Starter edition.
A downgrade to Starter edition will take effect immediately.
- Your team's user data will be deleted and cannot be restored.
- Your team will lose all access.
- You will lose access to team data.
- Your account's storage will be limited to 1GB.
- Your account will be subject to reduced daily quotas.
Steps
To downgrade your Gemini Enterprise – Business edition trial account to Starter edition:
- Sign in to Gemini Enterprise – Business edition (business.gemini.google/).
- Select the
icon and select Admin settings.
- Select Billing.
- Select Downgrade.
- Review the implications of the downgrade. If you agree to the terms of the downgrade, select the checkbox.
- Select Yes, downgrade.
