Gemini Enterprise can analyze content and generate answers from email attachments in the Microsoft Outlook connector and from CSV, PDF, PPTX, and XLSX files in the Box connector, removing the need to upload these files to the Gemini Enterprise assistant.

Use Veo 3.1 to generate videos in the Gemini Enterprise web app - Business edition. Veo 3.1 is replacing Veo 3.0 for video generation. For more information, see Generate a video.

We have enhanced our support system for admins by integrating it with the Cloud Support Platform. This upgrade introduces several new features for a more seamless and intelligent support experience:

• AI-powered chatbot: Get instant assistance from our new chatbot, equipped with specialized AI agents to help with topics like billing.
• Seamless human agent handoff: Transition smoothly from the chatbot to a live human agent within the same chat window when more help is needed.
• Chat support during checkout: Access live chat assistance directly within the checkout process.

You can now use Canvas to create and interactively edit documents. After creating a document in Canvas, you can edit and adjust formatting in the editor panel, or request changes using the prompt box. You can also export documents to Google Docs.

The Notion connector now supports adding a new comment on a Notion page or block.

You can now use Gemini 3.1 Pro in preview with Gemini Enterprise – Business edition by choosing Gemini 3.1 Pro (preview) in the Model selector. Gemini 3.1 Pro (preview) replaces the Gemini 3.0 (preview) option in the model selector.

The agent sharing feature in Agent Designer is now generally available (GA). In addition to sharing agents with your entire organization, you can now share them with specific users within your organization for more granular access control.

You can connect Notion data stores to Gemini Enterprise – Business edition. Support for Notion data sources is in Public preview.

You can connect Linear data stores to Gemini Enterprise – Business edition. Support for Linear data sources is in Public preview.

The autocomplete menu no longer appears as a user types in the chat box. Users can still use the mentions feature by typing @ in the chat box, followed by the name of an agent, person, or file.

The Agent Designer visual flow builder is now available for all agents created before January 12, 2026. You can now manage and share these agents directly from the Agent Gallery page, or edit their logic using the enhanced visual flow builder from the Agent Designer > Flow tab.

You can configure your custom agents, created using the Agent Designer, to execute predefined instructions and prompts on a set schedule. Scheduled executions run automatically for personal tasks, but any action involving other people will be paused for your review and approval.
