This article describes how a team administrator can enable or disable chat sharing as appropriate for their team.
By default, all users can share chats with others on their team.
Steps
To enable or disable chat sharing among your Gemini Enterprise – Business edition team:
- Sign in to Gemini Enterprise – Business edition (business.gemini.google/).
- Select the
icon and select Admin settings.
- Select Settings & preferences.
- In the Sharing section, select the switch next to Enable chat sharing to adjust the chat sharing status accordingly .
