Payment terms

Billing cycle

  • You will not be charged while using the Free Trial for Gemini Enterprise – Business edition, unless you upgrade to a paid subscription before the trial ends.
  • Once you decide to purchase a subscription, you'll be charged automatically on the 1st of each month. You may see multiple charges in the same month, depending on your billing terms and payment threshold amount; however, those charges will not exceed your monthly subscription cost.
  • By completing your purchase, a Google Cloud Billing account will be created to manage your Gemini Enterprise – Business edition plan. Your plan costs are periodically posted to your Google Cloud Billing account.
  • Costs are accrued on your Google Cloud Billing account throughout the month depending on your seat count and term. On the billing date, you will be charged the total costs accrued for the past monthly term. If your billing terms include a threshold amount, you will also be charged any time your balance reaches your payment threshold amount.

Increase or decrease seats

  • Increases or decreases in seats will be billed on a pro-rated basis.
  • Increases or decreases of seats will take effect immediately.

Convert to annual plan

  • Converting to an annual plan takes effect immediately.

Cancel your plan

  • You can cancel at any time.
  • If you cancel your plan before the billing period ends, you won't be refunded for the unused portion, but you'll still be able to access Gemini Enterprise – Business edition through the end of the remaining paid billing term.

Your payment info will be saved to your Gemini Enterprise – Business edition account. By continuing, you agree to the Gemini Enterprise – Business edition Terms of Service. The Privacy Notice describes how your data is handled.
