This page describes how connectors work, which connectors are available, and the supported connector actions in Gemini Enterprise – Business edition.

How connectors work

Connectors securely link Gemini Enterprise – Business edition to different applications and data sources commonly used by businesses and enterprises. These connectors let you search for information across the connected systems, all from within your workspace.

Gemini Enterprise – Business edition will only access what you specifically authorize.

Ensure that your connector is configured to allow Gemini Enterprise – Business edition to access any data you wish to connect.

Available connectors

To view and enable the connectors in your Gemini Enterprise – Business edition workspace:

Sign in to Gemini Enterprise – Business edition (business.gemini.google/).
Click Settings & help .
Select your Team and then select Manage team.
In the Connectors view, select the switch next to the desired application to adjust its connection status.

Supported actions in Gemini Enterprise – Business edition

Gemini Enterprise – Business edition allows authorized and authenticated users to take specified actions with supported connectors. Select the app name below to reveal the available actions for each connector.

Google connectors

Google Calendar

Action	Description
Create Calendar Event	Creates an event in the calendar for the authenticated user. You can also attach documents to a calendar event. Use comma-separated values to create an event with multiple invitees (for example, [email protected], [email protected]).
Update Calendar Events	Updates the metadata for the event in the calendar for an authenticated user.

Google Drive

Action	Description
Create Folder	Creates a new folder in Google Drive.
Upload File	Uploads a file to Google Drive.
Download File	Downloads a file from Google Drive.
Copy File or Folder	Copy a file or folder from Google Drive.

Google Mail (Gmail)

Action	Description
Send Message	Sends an email message to the user's Gmail account. You can also attach documents to the email. Use comma-separated values to send an email message with multiple recipients (e.g., [email protected], [email protected]).
Add Label	Adds a label to a given mail message.
Create Label	Creates a new label.
Download Attachment	Downloads the files attached to a given email message.

Third-party connectors

Box

Action	Description
Copy File	Creates a duplicate of an existing file in Box.
Upload File	Uploads a new document or file to a specific folder in Box.
Download File	Downloads a file from Box.

Confluence Cloud

Action	Description
Create Page	Creates a new wiki page within a specified space and parent page.
Upload Attachment	Uploads a file to be attached to a specific page.
Download Attachment	Retrieves the actual file content of a specific attachment.

DropBox

Action	Description
Create Folder	Creates a new folder in a specified location.
Copy File or Folder	Copies the content of a file or folder.
Upload File	Uploads a new file to a specified path within a Dropbox account.
Download File	Downloads a specific file from a Dropbox account.

Jira Cloud

Action	Description
Create Issues	Creates a new Jira issue.
Update Issue	Updates the details of a Jira issue.
Add Issue Status	Change the status of an existing issue in Jira Cloud.
Add Comment	Adds a comment to an existing Jira issue.
Update Comment	Updates a previously added comment on a Jira issue.
Upload Attachment	Uploads an attachment to an existing issue in Jira.

Linear

Action	Description
Create Comment	Add a comment to a Linear issue.
Create Issue	Create an issue in Linear.
Update Issue	Update an issue in Linear.
Create Issue Label	Create a new issue label in Linear.
Create Project	Create a new Linear project.
Update Project	Update information about a Linear project.

Microsoft OneDrive

Action	Description
Create Folder	Creates a new folder in a specified location.
Upload File	Uploads a file to OneDrive.
Download File	Downloads a file from OneDrive.

Microsoft Outlook

Action	Description
Create Event	Creates new event in Microsoft Outlook. You can also attach documents to an event.
Update Event	Updates an existing event in Microsoft Outlook.
Send Mail	Sends an email message in Microsoft Outlook. You can also attach documents to an email.
Create Contact	Creates a contact in Microsoft Outlook.
Update Contact	Updates a contact in Microsoft Outlook.
Download Attachment	Downloads an attachment from Outlook.

Microsoft SharePoint

Action	Description
Add List	Creates a new list in a Microsoft SharePoint site.
Create Folder	Creates a new folder in a specified path.
Upload Document	Uploads a document to a Microsoft SharePoint site.
Download Document	Downloads a document from a Microsoft SharePoint site.
Add page	Creates a new page on the Microsoft SharePoint site.
Check out document	Check out a document from a Microsoft SharePoint library.
Check in document	Check a document into a Microsoft SharePoint library.
Rename attachment or document	Rename a and attachment or document in a Microsoft SharePoint library.
Move attachment or document	Move a document from a Microsoft SharePoint library to a destination library, folder, or another SharePoint site.
